Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund — use the steps above if you also want a refund within the 30-day window.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and no refund is needed.
